I have written this up this evening. Even though it has been 5 years since I have been diagnosed with PD at the age of 34 there is so much to be thankful for.

"Joy of being free of life chains"
All has become calm my vision clear,
I am forever hopeful never discouraged,
your pessimistic perspective will not bring to my knees,
as my disposition will never let you,
I am born with great desire,
I am born with great enthusiasm,
I am born with a fighting spirit,
Let me instead bring you with me on my exciting journey of life,
Soaring and gliding, enjoying the rush of the air
against my very being,
I am encircled with gentle kind souls,
And only those who soar up high, experience this great joy,
Joy of being free of life chains.
